Helping Students regain their Mojo

We are all very excited to be welcoming back onto campus Year’s 7, 11 and 12 next week. The very essence of our Marist story is one of relationship, connectedness and love. I hope our young men and families have felt this during the past couple of months.

With the return to classes on campus comes some trepidation, possible anxiety mixed with joy and happiness. I suspect each young man has a range of emotions which will be common to most. I would like to recommend the following article written by Clinical Psychologist, Andrew Fuller. Andrew spoke with the staff at the start of 2020 and his work is renowned in the education sector.

In this article Andrew comments on four areas;

  1.        Starting with the Heart
  2.        Re-Building Connections
  3.        Re-Kindle Hope
  4.        Re-Ignite Action

I hope this is a valuable read and it offers a few tips to support you and your son.
